I think best way to learn is to get started with the demo account and then go ahead with the way you normally earn in any type of stock market. it takes some learning and patience though. also some initial capital is also required for you to get into the trading. that is just a start.

In my opinion forex forums and demo trading is the very best way to have a good trading and for the newbie trader demo trading is really a gift because that will provide a very good practice and as well now a days there are many brokers offering demo trading contest . so while learning itself you have the chance to earn prize with demo contest .

I think the most important part is to learn from demo account. but it is also good to have a trainer who will guide you on the basics of using the trading account. Because it is sometimes confusing to learn how to start a trade. but if you get the very basic, then you can do other things by yourself.

Nowadays there are lot of learning resources for new traders. Sites like babypips offer huge amount of info totally free, in addition there are very good webinars which are also free or for a small price. However I'm a bit old-fashioned and I really enjoy reading proper paper books

I think we shouldn't be beating around the bush.The simple truth is that anyone that fails to learn is bound to fail.There is no other learning that would be better than we practicalising at the demo account.
