wow, i am not into Poker sites for now, because it needs Huge fund to start with...and because it is much like Gamble, where we can loss and loss and loss most times and still keep on playing it, while hoping for better Days to win...; i better trade forex than that. Anyway, they should work more harder to fall into GPT, PTC sites, that is the commonest sites Online today.
Some ptc sites and GPT sides do accept neteller also. So I really see any reason why neteller will do anything about it. Since its the site in the first place who chooses what processor they want to add and use and its not up to processors like neteller to promote itself to sites to use their processors.

Yes some of them do accept it but they are not much comparing it with same regulated processor like Paypal or Payza.. They still need to do something about it because almost all Newly online earners start firstly from GTP programs. Yes it is not up to Neteller to promote, though they can still do that. But sites choosing processors that are convenient to them, so Neteller should try and be convenient to them, though I think that they are still Ok. Or maybe all this is cause by they stronger competitors, PP, PM, PZ

I'm just wondering if neteller is strict in using exchanger sites. I do have some funds in PM and I want to exchange it to Neteller. But since my neteller I also use it in forex trading I'm afraid to take some risk and loss my account.

Well, I think it would rather be wiser if you check out on their site. It's really new in my country the same way PayPal is even though it came in before PayPal here but the fact with ours is that most exchangers are on their own unaware of their presence. I had a chat with my exchanger and he said he was hearing of it for the first time.

As far as i know when it comes to exchange your balance Neteller is fine. i don't have much problem with it since i already exchanged my balance that i got from forex through Neteller. But overall i can say Neteller still strict even it accepted gambling and Forex, but not HYIP.

The thing is,it is not that the exchangers are not aware that Neteller has been brought or introduced to our country, they knew that regulated payment processor like Neteller will not support any form of exchange and this might be the reason why they don't exchange it. Although,I am still going through there FAQs and TOS,so I am not sure if it is there or not.

I don't think they frown at making exchanges because I think I've heard @sindarin say he could exchange it, only if my memories aren't wrong. Well, I was planning to use their card with IFX until I read a complain by a member in this forum that his trading account was deducted up to 50% because he used Neteller card. Don't really know what transpired but I withdrew.

Me too. I can't find their terms that allows or disallows exchanger sites. This is the main reason why its a concern to me. Since I don't want to loss my verified account simply because I do an exchange. But I guess if its person to person its hard for them to trace.

@decub,I have just read there TOS,I found out that members can make exchange they are not strict in that part. While reading there TOS,I also noticed that Neteller has a file dispute feature this will make so many exchangers not to support it
22.Disputes with Merchants. If you use your Account (with or without the Card) with a merchant and a dispute with the merchant arises, you agree to make a good-faith effort to settle the dispute with the merchant. If you have any unresolved dispute you should contact NETELLER immediately either through email from http://www.neteller.com/support/or via phone at 1-855-769-3600. You cannot stop payment to merchants for transactions made through your Account.

@hadg33
You quote the TOS of dispute , can you also quote the TOS that say neteller user are allowed and not restricted in doing or using an exchanger site? Because this can clearly make neteller a good processors to use for online exchange. Dispute features can always be remedied if exchanger is allowed.

I can go back to the site and start reading the TOS again. You can visit the site and check the TOS yourself. Like I have said,Neteller allows members to exchange there funds through P2P. One thing I don't like about Neteller is,they send so many newsletter,I am always receiving about 4-5 newletters in a week.

Just visited it and still not find the quotation that say they are allowing it. For me this is a gray area that I'm not comfortable crossing unless I'm really sure that its allowed since I do forex trading using neteller.

since you are scared to make an exchange with your Neteller account,I will suggest you to send a support ticket to them and ask them if it is possible for you to make an exchange with your account. I am so sure that they will give you the best answer that you need.

I don't want to give them that idea. Because if I'm going to do that they maybe going to do some activity surveillance in my account. That's happen to me in my skrill account. As its got suspended. Although the reason they give me is just I need to call them to get my account fully verified. I still do believe that they monitor my account after I send support asking about exchange and casino deposits.

This payment processor will not know if you have done any Exchange with any Exchanger because the payment is sent to another Account, while the Exchanger pays you through a different processor.

@hadg33 New letter gets you to be up-to-date about them, but when sent too much...it looks some how and just like Dopay do sent Twittes not related to payment processors issues, that is off topic by them.

If the funds come from an exchanger site then they will know. They have means and ways to do this without us knowing it. If your account is under surveillance. In paypal before I have my account many times get limited because I do personal exchange. But manage to reason out with them. In neteller I still don't experience this. But its because I don't do exchange any more.

I really doubt the possibility of any payment processor knowing I run an exchange with their payment system provided I don't use an API. Even if they like, let them monitor the account. I mean, there are different people paying into my account and I pay them the equivalent in another payment processor which is not controlled by the same payment system, they can't figure out because there is no connection to it. Well, I don't know if neteller supports exchange.

Its seems I have no choice right now but to go to my bank and ask for bank statement. I don't know how much is it. Right now I'm surprise that they are asking for this kind of documents since I'm going to use bank wire and if the name is wrong I will not receive the funds. So what the point of needing to send bank statement for?

How would they carry out survailance in your account, how would they know that you are the person making the enquiry. You can send a support to them without you logging into your account and you can use fake names to send the support.
@anosocialnet,newsletter updates me about there site but when it is just too much is considered as spam.

From your second to last post, they will know if you do the exchange through any Exchanger site, real but will not know through member to member exchange. Maybe as your planning to do Bank Wire, they will have to know the Bank they will be wiring the Money to, and that might be why they are asking for the Bank Statement. So if the names are not matched then you have to make those names to match by either opening another Netteler Account with same Bank Account naming or to open another Bank Account with same Netteler Naming...for easy clarification on the verification.
