Hi Dear

This time I have developed a custom indicator for VertexFx system. It’s a client side script that will draw the custom indicator in a separate window on the chart. Indicators value shows the weighted average of signals from three popular standard indicators. First one is slow and fast EMA, second Community Channel Index and third one is average directional index ADX. You can set period of all indicators and their weight. When all of these indicators give buy signal TrendPower will show maximum value, and when all of them show sell signal it will be minimum (or maximum in negative side). With perfect weight and period setting this indicator can give a combined result of those three indicators.

Well, in my trading I also like to trade according to the market trend! But I mainly identify the current trend status according to the position of support and resistance levels! In this case, horizontal & trend lines help me a lot! On the other hand, I filter the market by using EMA20.

This time I have built an Expert Adviser for VertexFx system that can trade on multiple currency pair by running on a single chart. It will open three additional charts for three currency pair EUR/USD, GBP/USD and USD/JPY to collect indicator and other market information of those pairs. User can change them to trade on desired pairs. Main trading logic is developed on Bollinger Bands indicator and user can modify it's parameters used for each pair to achieve better performance. Please test in on a demo account first and optimize input parameters before going to real money account. And also let us know your experience/comment about it's performance.

No doubt, MACD is a popular indicator in Forex industry, but the problem is it provides only long term trading signal! Frankly, as a scalper I am not happy on it! Besides, I am more interested to use the moving average trading indicator in my chart!

TD Points & Lines is a powerful VertexFX client side VTL indicator that is based on Tom De-Marks support and resistance lines concepts. The support (RED) and resistance (BLUE) lines must be extended on the chart up to the current candle for identifying trading signals.
In the first step we calculate the Swing Highs and the Swing Lows starting from the recent candle to the oldest candle.
The support (RED) line is drawn from the most recent Swing Low to the nearest encountered Swing Low which is below the most recent Swing Low. As a result, the support line has an upwards direction. The resistance (RED) line is drawn from the most recent Swing High to the nearest encountered Swing High which is above the most recent Swing High.
The concept behind this indicator is that when the support trend line is broken, then it marks the beginning of a new downtrend, and hence a SELL position should be initiated. Similarly, when the resistance trend line is broken, it is considered as the beginning of a new uptrend, and hence a BUY position must be initiated.
BUY - Enter BUY trade when price crosses above the projection of the BLUE line on the current bar from below. Place stop-loss below the support trend line.
SELL - Enter SELL trade when price crosses below the projection of the RED line on the current bar from below. Place stop-loss above the resistance trend line.

Hello traders,

We are presenting another server side script Close by Equity for VertexFx system.

This script is designed to be used for take profit or stop loss, based on current equity status. It will close all opened positions at a certain equity level as defined by the input parameters.

We have two input parameters, mode_of_use and equity_percent_from_balance. Mode_of_use will define the EA purpose of use. With value 1 it will be used for take profit and 2 for stop loss. Second parameter equity_percent_from_balance should be used carefully based on value of first parameter. It should be a ratio grater than 1 for take profit and less than 1 for stop loss.

For example, with take profit mode, 1.05 will indicate closing of all open positions with 5% profit and for stop loss mode, 0.90 will close all open positions when equity goes below 90% of current balance.

Actually, this type of trading indicators shows so many false signals in the real time! I have very much bad experience on it! This system changes the direction for many times without giving any clue, really frustrating.

I think breakout trading is always challenging! I have almost 5 years trading experience but I use the breakout strategy from the last year! Till now I have to improve a lot in this sector! Now I am making only 59-55% accuracy on there.

Please don’t mind, I think Bollinger Bands trading indicator is much useful than your attached indicator! I use defaults sittings of BB, it works really awesome.

Yes, you are right, pro traders are also make dealing with the simple trading strategy! In my trading, I am using a very simple trading strategy that is, following the market trend! I am interested in reversal trades opportunities.

Till now I use RSI (default) indicator in my swing trades! This technical tool helps me a lot to identify the market context! On the other hand, I filter out my entry quality by using my news analysis experience.

No doubt, MACD is a good indicator; but it’s not appropriate for short term trading like scalping! But, if you are trading with the long term than it’s okay.

Yes, in my trading I also try to trade according to the market trend! But, here I’m not using any technical tool, I make my analysis based on my PA trading skill, besides use the horizontal lines for identifying the support and resistant levels!
