The worst days of the week to trade.

Well, the market is closed on weekends and Mondays will start with the weekend gap. So, we must wait for sometime before entering a trade on Mondays. Other than that, I don’t think there is any worst day or best day for forex trading. You just have to enter and exit trades during the best trading sessions for a better trading experience. It can be hard to find a good trade when the market is slow with low trade volume.

I’d say the worst day is Sunday night when the Tokyo exchange opens and many traders try to place their trades in a rush. The volatility is too high, and liquidity is comparatively low. Not a good time to trade.
