New Prime accounts for professionals of financial markets

RoboForex is pleased to inform you about introduction of "Prime",
a new account type for advanced traders.​

Prime accounts combine the the most forward-looking features and possibilities that are available on the market right now:

The commission for trading currency pairs on Prime accounts is less as compared to ECN accounts and equals to 15 USD for the trading volume of 1 million USD. One can trade 28 currency pairs along with metals and CFDs.

The registration of the new account type is pretty easy: you can open it from the existing RoboForex Members Area by choosing "MT4 Prime" from the dropdown list. If you aren’t the Company’s client yet, you have to complete a very simple registration procedure.

We’re pleased to inform you that from now on CopyFX platform offers you a new account type, Pro-Affiliate. This type of account was created especially for the Company’s partners, who provide their clients with different additional services, such as advisory services, training, and development of Expert Advisors, when the tightest spreads don’t influence the final trading results much.

Trading conditions for this account type are similar to Pro-Standard accounts, the only difference is that payments for all additional services provided by partners are included into spread. To open an account of Pro-Affiliate type, a client has to do one of the following things:

Changes in margin requirements for the JPY instruments

Dear Clients and Partners!​

We’re informing you that there will be early popular parliamentary elections in Japan on October 22nd 2017. Due to this, the currency pairs with the Japanese Yen (JPY) may suffer from the increase in volatility and, as a result, the sharp reduction in liquidity. RoboForex will introduce several changes in trading conditions for the above-mentioned instruments in order to reduce risks for the Company’s clients.

From 12:00 AM EET October 20th to 12:00 AM EET October 24th 2017, the following margin requirements will be applied to all JPY instruments:

• For MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5 ECN accounts, the leverage will be 3 times less than the current leverage of the trading account.
• For MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5 Standard and Cent accounts, the leverage will be 5 times less than the current leverage of the trading account.
• For cTrader accounts, the maximum leverage will be limited to 1:100, regardless of the current leverage of the trading account.

These changes will be applied to all JPY positions, both the ones that are already open and will be opened in the future.

Please note: these changes may result in significant increase of margin requirements for the trading accounts with already open JPY positions.

All trading conditions will be back to normal on October 24th 2017.

We recommend you to modify the amount and the volume of your open JPY positions in view of the foregoing.

No more offers! CopyFX is improving tre cooperation scheme between traders and investors

Dear Traders and Investors!​

We’re pleased to inform you about significant improvement of the platform functionality, which simplifies the cooperation scheme between CopyFX Traders and Investors. From now on, Traders won’t have to create offers one after another and "lose" all investors, who are subscribed to them. Now the subscription conditions operate on a regular basis and the commissions are transferred with the specified periodicity without having to perform any additional actions.

New cooperation scheme:

• The Trader specifies the conditions of the subscription to their account. If necessary, they can change the conditions.
• Investors subscribe to the Trader’s account, but not their offer. The subscription can be cancelled only by the Investors if they want to.
• Settlements between Traders and Investors are made at the end of each investment period, the duration of which is specified by the Trader when they set the subscription parameters.

How to switch to the new scheme:
To switch to the new scheme, the active offer should be closed. After that, Traders can set the constant subscription conditions on "CopyFX settings" page of their Members Area.
