Results of "London Forex Show 2017" exhibition

Changes in trading schedule

We’re informing you that on March 12th 2017, the USA will transfer to the daylight saving time, European countries will switch to the summer time on March 26th 2017. Thereby, there will be some minor changes to the trading schedule*.

From March 13th to 26th 2017, trading on some instruments will be opened and closed 1 hour earlier (server time) than now. From March 27th to October 27th 2017, trading on the same instruments will be available within the operating range of the contract specifications.

Trading schedule on all metals (XAUUSD, XAUEUR, XAGUSD, XAGEUR, XPTUSD, XPDUSD):

• From March 13th to 24th, 2017: 12:01 AM to 10:59 PM (EET)
• From March 27th to October 27th, 2017: 1:01 AM to 11:59 PM (EEST)

Trading schedule on American indices (US500Cash, USTECHCash, US30Cash):

Changes in regulatory documents

We’re informing you that starting March 27th 2017, several amendments will be introduced into the Company’s regulatory documents. The major changes are as follows:

1. Smart Stop Out
   Implementation of new Stop Out processing logic in cTrader platform. More detailed information about how Smart Stop Out logic works can be found in the corresponding section of FAQ.
   
2. Explanation of the Programs/Services Rules status
   Rules of Promotions, which are published on the website, are official amendments to corresponding agreements between Clients/ Partners and the Company.
   
3. Restrictions for the leverage on the account for positions from 50,000,000 USD
   If an open position volume is less than or equal 50,000,000 USD, the admissible leverage value is 1:500. If an open position volume is from 50,000,000 to 200,000,000 USD, the admissible leverage value is 1:200. If an open position volume is more than 200,000,000 USD, the admissible leverage value is 1:100.

Applications update and expansion of the list of the terminals offered by RoboForex (CY) Ltd

RoboForex is informing about the changes to the servers’ infrastructure, which are intended for consolidation of trading conditions and account types. The changes are effective as of March 27th 2017 and apply to RoboForex (CY) Ltd clients.

Changes in trading servers

1. Opportunity to use MetaTrader4 and MetaTrader5 WebTerminals from MetaQuotes, and MT5 mobile terminal.
2. The following servers will change their names:

Trading terminal authorization and mobile versions use

To continue using MT4 mobile terminal, just add your trading account to the terminal again.

To add your account to iOS, click the "Settings" icon, in "New account" menu choose "Login to an existing account", find one of the above-mentioned servers in the list, and then enter your account number and password.

To add your account to Android, choose "Manage accounts" from the side menu, click the "+" icon in the top right corner, and go to "Login to an existing account". Find one of the above-mentioned servers in the list and then enter your account number and password.

Trading terminal are available for downloading at:

• MetaTrader4: Windows, iOS, Android, MultiTerminal
• MetaTrader5: Windows, iOS, Android

In addition to that, soon RoboForex (CY) Ltd clients will have access to RoboForex-Prime server. Accounts on this server will allow clients to use institutional solutions with liquidity from the world’s leading ECNs.

Changes in Rules of the provision of services and promotions for RoboForex (CY) Ltd clients

We’re informing that in accordance with the requirements of the regulator, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), specified in the Circular C168 and C194, RoboForex (CY) Ltd is introducing several changes in its promotions.

Following our retail clients’ interests when offering them promotions, which motivate them to trade, and in full accordance with the European regulations, RoboForex (CY) Ltd closes "Welcome 30 USD" and "Tradable Protection" offers, "Up to 10% on account balance", "Cashback (Rebates)", and "VIP-client" programs, and stops providing access to ContestFX project.

In addition to that, the Company cancels requirements for the trading volume to use “VPS server” “StrategyQuant” services and introduces a monthly fee for using them. The full terms can be found on the pages of these services.

All above-mentioned changes will be implemented on RoboForex websites and in your Members Areas within 7 business days.

Changes in trading conditions for the Turkish Lira instruments

Dear Clients and Partners!​

On April 16th 2017, Turkey is planning to hold a referendum on a possible transition from the parliamentary government to the presidential republic. Therefore, all currency pairs with the Turkish Lira (TYR) might get more volatile, and, as a result, the liquidity might reduce significantly. RoboForex is introducing temporary restrictions in the trading conditions for USDTRY and EURTRY instruments in order to decrease risks for the Company’s clients.

Changes in trading schedule on the Turkish Lira (TYR) instruments

From the market opening on April 14th 2017, Friday, and to the market closing on April 18th 2017, Tuesday, "Close only" will the only mode for the TYR instruments in MT4, MT5, and cTrader platforms. Opening new positions will be unavailable.

On April 19th 2017, all trading conditions will be restored to usual.

We recommend you to take into account these changes when planning your trading activity and modify the number and volume of your open TYR positions in advance.

Results of "FxCuffs 2017" exhibition

RoboForex Stocks: new trading features, instruments, and conditions
