TradeKing to Be Recognized as a Top-Three Service Innovator for the Financial Services Industry at the 8th Annual Awards in Las Vegas
FT. LAUDERDALE, FL – January 29, 2014 – TradeKing Group, Inc. was named a finalist in the eighth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. The firm earned recognition in two categories for the financial services sector: Innovation in Customer Service and Front Line Customer Service Professional of the Year, and will ultimately be a gold, silver, or bronze Stevie Award winner in the program.
More than 1,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition, an increase of 36% over 2013. One hundred twenty-nine professionals worldwide acted as preliminary judges, determining finalists by their average score in 43 categories for customer service and contact center achievements.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several business awards shows including the International Business Awards and the new Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards. The final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, February 21 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
