Improvement of "VPS-server" service delivery

Changes in trading schedule on USDRUB

We’re informing you that due to the public holiday in Russia, National Unity Day, the USDRUB currency pair will not be available for trading on November 4th, 2015.

• November 4th, 2015 – no trading.
• November 5th, 2015 – trading starts at 9 AM server time.

Expansion of the 5-level system of affiliate commission

The multi-level system of affiliate commission will be also available to partners with "Agent" status. And you will be allowed to create your own affiliate network attracting clients with any type of account, including ECN and Affiliate ones.

Commission rates of the multi-level system remain the same:

• for the clients of the 2nd level – 20%
• for the clients of the 3rd level – 15%
• for the clients of the 4th level – 7%
• for the clients of the 5th level – 3%

Simplification of affiliate commission calculation
and unification of affiliate commission rates

The single affiliate commission rates (specified as percentage of spread or commission paid by the client when making a transaction: 10% (Agent), 20% (Start), 30% (Expert), 40% (VIP) will be applied to all Fix and Pro standard and cent accounts, as well as to ECN-FixSpread NDD and ECN-Pro NDD accounts.

The average spread value for all account types and trading instruments can be found on "Contract specifications" page of our website.

You can calculate the exact amount of affiliate commission using "Affiliate calculator" after the changes come into effect.

Commission rates for Affiliate accounts will remain the same.

We remind out partners about the following RoboForex advantages:

• The commission is paid without any limitations for how long the client’s
transaction is executed

• The commission is paid without any limitations for the amount of bonuses
received by the client

• The commission is paid in a daily basis; there are no limitations for
the transaction and the client

"Standard Terms of Business" for RoboForex (CY) Ltd clients has been updated

Dear Clients and Partners!​

We’re informing you that starting November 19th 2015, the updated version of "Standard Terms of Business" for RoboForex (CY) Ltd clients will come into effect.The changes have affected several articles, especially the following ones:

• Restrictions to registration for the stateless persons and persons younger than 18 years old (art. 1.3 of "General information" section).
• Updates to account depositing/withdrawal conditions (art. 9.1, 9.3.5, 9.3.6, 9.3.7, 9.4, 9.4.1, 9.4.2 of "Client money and assets" section).
• Updates to the cases, when the Company has the right to terminate the Agreement with the client (art. 15.4.5 of "Termination without default" section).
• Updates to the information about peculiarities of VPS-server use (art. 19.9 of "External platforms" section).
• Details of the client complaints procedure (art. 21.3 - 21.8 of "Client complaints procedure" section).
• More precise definition of "Margin requirements" term in "Risk disclosure for financial instruments" section.
• Softening of the leverage use conditions (art. 12 of "General provisions of trading terms" section).
• Addition of RUB, CNY and GOLD to the available account currencies (art. 20.1.3.3 of "Interpretation" section).

In addition to the above-mentioned changes, the following articles and definitions of "General provisions of trading terms" section have been corrected/amended (art. 6.1, 6.2, 14, 25.3, 25.4, 25.6, 41, 44 and 48) and several adjustments have been made to the Annex 1 to section 8 of the agreement (art. 25.1 of "Arbitrage" section, art. 28.1.16 and 28.1.17 of "Interpretation" section).

The updated version of "Standard Terms of Business" can be found in "RoboForex Documents" section of our website. If you do not inform us until November 19th 2015 that you’re not going to accept the document, it will be automatically considered as accepted by you.
