The list of currency pairs available for trading will be changed

We inform you that starting July 6th 2015, RoboForex will stop quoting several trading instruments because of not sufficient liquidity from the Company’s providers.

The above-mentioned information will affect the following currency pairs: USDCZK, USDDKK, USDHKD, USDHUF, USDILS, USDNOK, USDPLN, USDSEK, USDSGD, EURCZK, EURDKK, EURHUF, EURNOK, EURPLN, EURSEK.

Please note: starting June 30th 2015, the above-mentioned instruments will be traded in "Close Only" mode. All positions on these pairs will be closed at prices at the end of the trading session of July 3rd 2015. We’re asking you to take into consideration this information and modify your open positions and pending orders in time.

Changes in trading schedule

One of the top priorities of RoboForex is to promote the services we provide and strengthen relations with the Company’s partners for more efficient mutually beneficial cooperation. With this object in mind, we’re ready to introduce to the Company’s partners several innovative and significant improvements in our Affiliate programs, such as:

No restrictions on affiliate commission payouts

We’ve cancelled all restrictions on payouts for each client. From now on, the partner’s maximum profit is not limited by any either particular numbers or periods. You will receive your affiliate commission for each transaction made by your attracted client!

New account types, "Affiliate": Fix-Affiliate, Pro-Affiliate, and ECN-Pro Affiliate

Affiliate accounts may interesting for the partners, who provide their clients with different extra services, such as Expert Advisors or trading signals, where the minimum possible spreads are not the major factor that influences the results of trading activity.

Spreads for the EURUSD currency pair for new Affiliate accounts will be the following: for Fix-Affiliate accounts – the fixed spread of 3 pips, for Pro-Affiliate accounts – the floating spread with the average value of 2.5 pips. For ECN-Pro Affiliate accounts, the spread will remains as usual, but the commission will be increased up to 60 USD for the trading volume of 1 million.

Thanks to the increased values of spreads and commissions, MTP parameter will not be taken into account for Affiliate accounts and you will receive your affiliate commission for all transactions made by your clients. Also, the multi-level system of affiliate commission will be applied to this type accounts with the 1st level and payouts up to 10%, which will be available to our partners by personal arrangement.

The affiliate commission is calculated as percentage of the commission for ECN-Pro Affiliate accounts and as percentage of the spread for Fix-Affiliate and Pro-Affiliate accounts on Pro and Fix servers at the following rates:

Improvement of VPS-server performance stability

Dear Clients and Partners!

We inform you that in order to improve VPS-server performance stability, RoboForex has doubled the available RAM memory up to 1024 MB (1 GB). As a result, in order to upgrade hardware of several VPS-servers, we will reboot them on July 18th, from 3 to 12 AM (UTC).

Also, we’re going to change some terms and conditions of VPS-server service:

• In order to have access to VPS-server, you have to have at least 300 USD on your account (not including any active bonuses).
• To use the service, you have to make the trading volume of at least 5 standard lots on your account over the calendar month.
• In case the trading volume on your account isn’t big enough over the calendar month, VPS-server service will be disabled.

Please note, that if you enable VPS-server service after the 15th of the current month, your trading volume will be started to be calculated only after the 1st of the next calendar month.

Upgrade of WebTrader terminal: new features and opportunities

We’re pleased to inform you that WebTrader terminal has been upgraded again. The new version of the platform now includes a number of major and minor improvements, which are intended to make your trading operations via browsers more comfortable.

Intuitive control has become more convenient

• Stop Loss and Take Profit levels are now displayed on the chart; you can modify these levels by dragging them with the mouse.
• You can change the price of your pending orders by moving the mouse pointer.
• You can open a new chart quickly by clicking "+" on the panel with the list of open charts.

Authorization logic has been changed to be more convenient for clients

• Now you can go from Live Account to WebTrader and vice versa without additional authorization.
• You can view charts and quotes without authorization – just click "Log in without registration".

The following improvements have been added

• The current server time is now displayed.
• The current quotes and charts are updated faster.
