98% loser.. is it true ?

The main reason why a trader loses is that they enter the market with only Demo Experience and they don't practice their trades in the real market.

There is no denying the fact that out of all the traders out there, new traders lose most times in the live forex market. Sometimes, it is because of the lack of education and other times, they are too confident about their trading strategy that they risk a huge amount.

As an individual trader, you must keep in mind that neither would you make money if someone else is making profits nor would you lose money if someone else is losing. If they say that a certain percentage of traders lose money, you must focus on the rest of the percentage of the traders who are actually making money. It is all about changing your perspective and playing your own game.

Yes, it is true, new traders lose in most cases due to lack of knowledge. Beginner traders have a much higher percentage of losses.

The traders mainly lose in the market, because they enter the market, without proper knowledge and skills and eventually end up losing it all.

If I want to make a consistent profit in trading, I have to maintain discipline and plan along with trading education. If we can create the right mindset and invest in the forex market, then the chances of loss are much less.

The simplest way to break a losing streak in trading is to take a break from trading and reassess yourself, trading techniques, risk management, etc. If you gain a fresh perspective, you may return, and if you don’t, it’s okay to quit.
Do not make the mistake of pumping in more funds or engaging in revenge trading. That would just compound your woes.

Of course, you have made a very good argument, in fact, we should take a break from trading when we make a consistent loss. And you need to relax in between these breaks. For example, going on a tour or doing something you like.

The number of traders losing in the forex market is quite high in comparison to the number of traders making money in the market. This gives a fair idea of the fact that forex trading is not easy and it should be treated like any other job.
