    My name is Rick Patterson and I’m an account manager at Our platform is safe and reliable. If anyone had any kind of problem with our platform, please post your details here or send them to my mail: and I will check the issue.

  2. On February 4, 2013, I requested a refund for my account. I received a little less than half about 3 months after my request. Today is August 27th and I still have yet to recieve the balance. Every time I call them, they assure me that the refund is on it’s way. I recently received an email from them wanting my bank account info and SWIFT number so they could put the money into my account. When I asked them to please just refund it to my card as they had previously, they stopped responding. I don’t want to give an untrustworthy business my bank account information. I don’t want to wake up one day to find that my account is empty. They’re probably legit, but 7 months later, they sure haven’t proven it to me.

    • That was Global Options. They stopped responding from their Global Option email account and now use their EZ Trader account.

      • Follow up. Feb 27, 2014. I still haven’t received the balance on my account, even though there is a resurgence of emails coaxing me to send more money.

          Our finance department updated me that your withdrawal request has been approved, you’ll get your money in the next few days.
